Oz Hardwick is a York-based poet with an international reputation. He has published “a dozen or so” full collections and chapbooks, most recently Retrofuturism for the Dispossessed (Hedgehog, 2024). His manuscript Orion Highway won the 2024 Dolors Alberola International Poetry Prize and will be published by Dalya Press in 2025. Oz has held residencies in the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia, and has performed internationally at major festivals and in tiny coffee shops. Oz is Professor of Creative Writing at Leeds Trinity University. www.ozhardwick.co.uk

Paul Munden is an award-winning poet, editor and screenwriter living in a village north of York. He was director of the National Association of Writers in Education for nearly 25 years, and more recently a Royal Literary Fund Fellow at the University of Leeds. He has published six poetry collections, including books relating to Castle Howard and Shandy Hall. His latest full collection is Amplitude (Recent Work Press, 2022). He is also the author of Unclassified: Nigel Kennedy in Chapters & Verse, a study of the maverick violinist. https://paulmunden.com

Holy Trinity Goodramgate is an 800 year old building. Wheelchair accessible save for the Sunken Chapel, but floors are uneven throughout and light levels low. Do wrap up warmly since the temperature inside tends to be a little colder than that outside. Blankets available on request. Any questions regarding access, email york@thecct.org.uk.
