Sunderland paper artist, Ellie Clewlow, will be Seventeen Nineteen’s artist-in-residence this autumn. During her time in the building, Ellie will be inviting visitors to share their memories of friendship and to join with her in folding them into a paper origami memory quilt, ‘Remember Me’

Throughout September and October, there will be opportunities to get involved. You can share your memories of friendship in Seventeen Nineteen and online, and chances to spend time folding your contribution to the quilt alongside Ellie. There will also be packs available to buy to make your own Friendship Memories Book at home.
