A service of Holy Communion at St Bartholomew's Church.


Built in the 13th century, with the later addition of a west tower, St Bartholomew's is a serene and simple church. Memorials to past parishioners, including the agriculturalist Jethro Tull who was born in Basildon, fill the church and churchyard. If you are visiting the area and would like to join us for this final service of the summer you will be most welcome.
