A circular walk including Newnham Murren, Mongewell and Wallingford churches, with the option for a ferry crossing across the river with Floatability.

Free Parking at Newnham Farm House. 

Event time between 10am - 4pm 

The walk begins at St. Mary's Church, Newnham Murren and follows a circular path, taking in St John's Church, Mongewell and St Peter's Church, Wallingford. Half way around there is the option for a ferry crossing from Little Stoke to Cholsey Meadows. Returning to Newnham Farm House for refreshments. It can be completed clock-wide or anti-clockswise. Please see the downloadable route map. 

This sponsored walk is in aid of Floatability and the Churches Conservation Trust. Please download a sponsorship form to raise money for these two worthy organisations or donate at the registration tent before taking part in the walk. A shuttle boat is also available, from Cholsey slipway back to Newnham Murren if a shorter distance is preferred. Please email to pre-book this. 

Dog walkers with dogs on leads welcome. 

Tea, sandwiches and refreshments available at the registration tent at Newnham Farm House, adjacent to St Mary's Church in Newnham Murren, which marks the start and finish of the walk.

We also welcome anyone who may not wish to participate in the walk, but would like to support these worthy charities, to join us at Newnham Farm House from 12 noon for refreshments and potentially a shuttle boat ride in return for a donation
