Enjoy afternoon tea in this truly special setting as we celebrate St James Day
St James’ at Churchend, Charfield welcomes you to Cream Teas on Sunday 28th July between 2pm and 4.30pm to mark St James’ Day. This will be followed at 4.30pm by the annual service featuring creative worship based on the life of St James led by Rev. Rick Williams.
Come along and find out more about this historic church in its beautiful rural setting. Admire the restoration of the table top tombs and memorials in the churchyard as funded by the Friends of St James' Church. Enjoy delicious cakes and other refreshments provided by the local community.
This event is being organised by the Friends of St James' and profits from the refreshments will benefit the Churches Conservation Trust and the Friends at St James Church.
