Find out more about medieval life in the beautiful setting of St Mary Magdalene's, Battlefield. The church was completed in 1405, built to say prayers for the many dead left by the Battle of Shrewsbury, in 1403. St Mary Magdalene's has numerous medieval stone carvings, which you can investigate with our Explorer Backpacks and holds a unique fifteenth century, wooden Pieta, which has inspired this event.
Drop in event. Children must be accompanied at all times.
