Carols by Candlelight at St. Benedict's in Paddlesworth

Join us for a magical evening of carol singing in the seasonally decorated and candlelit ancient little church of St. Benedict's Church in Paddlesworth. This event is open to all who enjoy a good traditional Christmas sing-along!

Booking fee is £10 per person (children are free). This includes mulled wine and a mince pie. Proceeds from this festive event will go to the Wisdom Hospice in Rochester. Together we can make the difference, for this wonderful charity and for St. Benedict's!

This carol singing event will also kick-start a new project, led by locals for locals, with the aim to bring St. Benedict's back to the heart and centre of the local community. Supported by Paddlesworth's sister-church in Dode Village and the Churches Conservation Trust, a team of local volunteers is currently working hard to organise a series of secular events, such as walks, talks, local history and art exhibitions, musical and literary events and cream teas. All proceeds from any of these future events will go to the restoration of St. Benedict's.
