Adele, founder of Yogadoxford is bringing her Hatha Yoga class to Seventeen Nineteen. The class focusses on posture and alignment. This practice is suitable for all levels and abilities. Open to men & women.

Yoga is a full-body workout, to support your overall wellbeing both physically and mindfully. An opportunity for your own self care.

Benefits include increased mobility and improved flexibility. Relieve common body aches and pains through body awareness and movement.

What you need:

  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Please bring your own mat if possible (we have a handful available if you dont have one).
  • Sessions are suitable for 18+.
  • Total beginners and more experienced welcome!
